Halloween!

Halloween this year will be chilled but also cool, too. I finally have met an animal who will let me dress him up in a costume. I present to you, Gizmo, the bumblebee!




I couldn't find a cute dog costume so I bought a human costume with wings and antennae for him.

My sister and I also went to Walmart and got a pumpkin for $4. I only bought one pumpkin but I wanted to carve a cat carving and a dog carving to honor Suppy and Rocky.

Rocky

Once upon a time, I met a boy. Recently, I met his beautiful dog, Rocky. Rocky stole my heart and buried it in a safe place.

Rocky is super happy all the time. Examples:

I'm so happy I got a ball.

I'm so happy that you're about to throw me a ball.

I'm so happy I caught the ball

I'm so happy my ears flew up!

I'm so happy I have a friend!

I'm so happy to ride in the car. OMG

OMIGOSH I'M IN A CAR!

All must be well in the world because the sun is shining on me!

Hey, guise, hey, this is my couch. It's also my bed. I'm even happy when I'm inside!

This is how I eat, on the floor!

Standing up to eat? Who has time for that?

Besides running around, I also like to chill quietly and contemplate about why squirrels are such pests!

I also enjoy watching and listening to my human barking. He has a lot of say. I think he lives in a dangerous world. But don't worry, we have a code that he'll tell me whenever he's in danger.

That's me running to the door to make sure that my human is not in danger of squirrel and cat invasions. Those pests!

Sometimes, we practice on chewing up those intruders. Look at me! I'm fierce!

I'll show them!

This new girl human I just met said I'm really photogenic.

I'll have to agree with her.

She really likes it when I lick her because she barks her human happy bark.

She also likes it when I give her my paw. Humans are strange.

I like to rest my head on her lap to keep her warm because she looks really small and frail.

Art, pup, and shark

Every 2nd Saturday of the month, Sacramento art galleries are open to the public. It's called Sacramento Art Walk or Second Saturday. This month, I went with my sister to one of the galleries because her boss' boyfriend had his stuff on display. Oakland has a similar event called Oakland Art Murmur which happens on every first Friday of each month.

Zorba Babysitting

I got to babysit a dog for a night! Meet Zorba!


Zorba's human had to go off and did fun stuff without him.



He lives in a really swanky place. This is Zorba's entrance.

On our walk, we spied cute steps. Zorba peed here.

Look! A square root! Hahahah... Zorba and I laughed. We were so amused. He did not pee here.

We walked and walked until Zorba ran out of pee.



We came back to Zorba's place with the swanky light fixtures. What were we going to do after the walk?



Zorba's human left really detailed instructions on how to turn on the teevee.



But we decided that we did not care for Pandora and Netflix.



So we looked out the window!



And we explored the kitchen.



We found out that Zorba's human is as swanky as Zorba. He has All-Clad pots and pans. When LeTran is 42, she hopes to own some swanky All-Clad pots and pans, too!



We found this cool magnetic beads on the fridge!



And we spent a lot of time playing with them. Each bead is a magnet! Each bead is capable of sticking to another bead and the fridge. They blew LeTran's mind.



I thought I could make a miniature of the Eiffel tower with this stuff...but I failed. My Eiffel tower ran out of money.



Zorba said "Really, LeTran? I think you just ran out of skills."
Oh, that Zorba!



So we spent the rest of the time snapping pictures and putting treats in Zorba's toys.









"When is Steve coming back? *sigh*"



"Maybe after I open my eyes, Steve would be here."



Zorba went to get a drink and got some water droplets on his muzzle pouch.






"Okay, I'm getting really sleepy now..."



"ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ...huh?...wah?"

By the way, Zorba slept with me. I don't know about you, but when an animal like a cat or a dog chooses to curl up next to me (or on my legs, or my face) to sleep, it's pretty awesome. One of the best feelings in the world!
