Made Up Dinner

I had scallops and decided to make Helen's simple pan fried scallops. The recipe said to make a glaze/dressing using balsamic vinegar and white wine.

I only had red wine and ran out of balsamic vinegar...so I improvised. I made a dressing by cooking some red wine with brown sugar until I couldn't wait anymore. The result? Tasty.
